So driving home i heard a metal rattle comin from my motor starting at about 2k rpms on up, definetly not a lifter tick but not super loud like a rod hitting the block. So first thing i did was changed my oil expecting some sparkle but nothing. Still runs fine and keeps 30lbs of oil pressure at idle once warm. After some hunting for the noise with a hose to my ear i narrowed it down to the backside of my motor so i know its not a vtc gear or tensioner so what could it be? Never heard of a bearing going and still having oil pressure like normal, i know my rps puck clutch is pretty much toast, could somethin there potentially cause it?
